Church Army Captain David Parsons and his wife Rita, were welcomed to their ministry in Inuvik in late August 2003. Coming from Church Army headquarters in Saint John, New Brunswick, David and Rita are not new to the north. David had been a Church Army Captain in Aklavik, a neighbouring town, for three years during the early 1990’s. Both David and Rita had also spent time in the north before then.
